Style With its Semi Integrated Carrier 2.0, mudguards, kickstand and lighting set, the Supreme Hybrid Deluxe Pro is equally at home tackling the daily commute or accompanying you on a countryside tour at the weekend. The silent, clean and low-maintenance Gates belt drive and stepless Enviolo City hub gears are the definition of pared-down simplicity. Powerful Shimano hydraulic disc brakes with grippy Schwalbe tyres work well in all weathers, and the Bosch Performance drive and 600Wh battery will boost your pedalling for miles of smiles. And, with an easily adjustable air suspension fork, adjustable stem and parallelogram suspension seatpost, the Easy Entry frame is as comfortable to ride as it is great to look at.

FREQUENTLY ASKED QUESTIONS

When can I collect my order?

For items in stock at the chosen collection store, we will normally have your item ready to collect within 1-2 working days.

For items which are at the warehouse your order will be ready to collect in the time indicated on the website; or if at another store approximately 3 to 5 working days – please call in advance if you are making a long journey, just in case!

If you order a bike we will contact you and arrange a collection appointment. All bikes go through a PDI (Pre-Delivery Inspection) delivered by one of our accredited mechanics, this means that getting your bike ready for collection may take a little longer.

How will I know when my order is ready?

For every order we will send you an e-mail to let you know when your order is ready to collect. If you've ordered a bike we will contact you once you have placed your order to arrange a collection time.

What do I need to collect my order?

Please bring with you your confirmation e-mail, a photo proof of ID (i.e. passport, driving licence), and proof of address.

We will hold your order in store for 10 days, if you have any problems with getting to the store to collect your order please feel free to contact the collection store and we will happily extend this time where possible.

Can Someone Else Collect My Order?

Please contact your chosen collection store in advance and we will do our best to accommodate any changes.
