Style The Supreme Hybrid ONE 500 is the two-wheeled companion you'll wish you'd discovered earlier. Powered by Bosch's smooth Performance motor with up to 75Nm torque, and helped by Shimano's smooth-shifting 10-speed Cues gears, it's got what you need to make light work of any journey. There's a suspension fork to take care of bumpy roads, a wide range of sizes, an adjustable stem so you can fine-tune the fit, a semi-integrated carrier for your belongings and powerful Shimano hydraulic disc brakes with Continental tyres, so you can stop safely in any weather. With full-length mudguards, a lighting system and kickstand included in the deal, you've everything you need.

Simple, elegant, safe and practical: those are the qualities embodied by the Supreme Hybrid's frame. The PowerTube design incorporates the Bosch 500Wh battery inside the frame for sleek looks, whilst the Bosch Performance drive is housed so neatly you'll barely notice it's there. The Easy Entry design does exactly what it says, making access simple â€" and there's a wide range of sizes from 42 to 58cm, to make it simple for anyone to find their perfect fit. We used a tapered head tube because it's strong, safe and improves steering accuracy for easy, intuitive handling. There's even a semi-integrated luggage carrier. But it's not all about practicality â€" we also used our Smooth Welding technique for an organic, elegant appearance that you'll love.

FREQUENTLY ASKED QUESTIONS

When can I collect my order?

For items in stock at the chosen collection store, we will normally have your item ready to collect within 1-2 working days.

For items which are at the warehouse your order will be ready to collect in the time indicated on the website; or if at another store approximately 3 to 5 working days – please call in advance if you are making a long journey, just in case!

If you order a bike we will contact you and arrange a collection appointment. All bikes go through a PDI (Pre-Delivery Inspection) delivered by one of our accredited mechanics, this means that getting your bike ready for collection may take a little longer.

How will I know when my order is ready?

For every order we will send you an e-mail to let you know when your order is ready to collect. If you've ordered a bike we will contact you once you have placed your order to arrange a collection time.

What do I need to collect my order?

Please bring with you your confirmation e-mail, a photo proof of ID (i.e. passport, driving licence), and proof of address.

We will hold your order in store for 10 days, if you have any problems with getting to the store to collect your order please feel free to contact the collection store and we will happily extend this time where possible.

Can Someone Else Collect My Order?

Please contact your chosen collection store in advance and we will do our best to accommodate any changes.
