AMBIENT LIGHT SENSOR: The Rider 550 has an advanced ambient light sensor that automatically adjusts screen brightness for clear visibility in any lighting. It also offers preset brightness levels for personalised display settings, ensuring easy readability and energy efficiency in all conditions.

CLIMB CHALLENGE: After importing the route, the Bryton Active App automatically creates gradient information providing climbing details including graphical slope displays, colour-coded gradients, segment distances, elevation, ascent remaining and starting points.

INTERSECTION SNAPSHOT: The Rider 550â€TMs Intersection Snapshot feature clearly displays nearby road layouts at junctions, helping you instantly identify the right directionâ€" even in complex intersections.

SMART TRAINER & TRAINING SUPPORT: Once connected and paired with a smart trainer, the Rider 550 lets you control resistance, power, and gradient modes directly from its interface. It also supports smart workout plans, automatically adjusting resistance according to your training program.

BIKE RADAR SUPPORT: With a connected ANT+ Rear-View Radar System, cyclists can detect vehicles up to 190m behind. Visual and audible alerts are displayed on screen to warn of approaching vehicles.

FREQUENTLY ASKED QUESTIONS

When can I collect my order?

For items in stock at the chosen collection store, we will normally have your item ready to collect within 1-2 working days.

For items which are at the warehouse your order will be ready to collect in the time indicated on the website; or if at another store approximately 3 to 5 working days – please call in advance if you are making a long journey, just in case!

If you order a bike we will contact you and arrange a collection appointment. All bikes go through a PDI (Pre-Delivery Inspection) delivered by one of our accredited mechanics, this means that getting your bike ready for collection may take a little longer.

How will I know when my order is ready?

For every order we will send you an e-mail to let you know when your order is ready to collect. If you've ordered a bike we will contact you once you have placed your order to arrange a collection time.

What do I need to collect my order?

Please bring with you your confirmation e-mail, a photo proof of ID (i.e. passport, driving licence), and proof of address.

We will hold your order in store for 10 days, if you have any problems with getting to the store to collect your order please feel free to contact the collection store and we will happily extend this time where possible.

Can Someone Else Collect My Order?

Please contact your chosen collection store in advance and we will do our best to accommodate any changes.
