With the Kathmandu SLX by CUBE, we've even gone a little further in reducing our impact â€" by using sustainable materials in the manufacture of its front light, and recycled PET to make the mudguards. Schwalbe's fast-rolling Marathon Mondial tyres and Shimano's slick, reliable Cues 2x11 gears help speed you towards your destination, and there's a set of powerful Shimano Cues hydraulic disc brakes to ensure you can always slow and stop safely. The comfortable, easy-to-adjust RockShox Paragon Gold air suspension fork makes long days in the saddle a pleasure. And, with the Integrated Carrier 3.0, mudguards, lighting set and kickstand, you've everything you need for low-impact, low-carbon travel.

FREQUENTLY ASKED QUESTIONS

When can I collect my order?

For items in stock at the chosen collection store, we will normally have your item ready to collect within 1-2 working days.

For items which are at the warehouse your order will be ready to collect in the time indicated on the website; or if at another store approximately 3 to 5 working days – please call in advance if you are making a long journey, just in case!

If you order a bike we will contact you and arrange a collection appointment. All bikes go through a PDI (Pre-Delivery Inspection) delivered by one of our accredited mechanics, this means that getting your bike ready for collection may take a little longer.

How will I know when my order is ready?

For every order we will send you an e-mail to let you know when your order is ready to collect. If you've ordered a bike we will contact you once you have placed your order to arrange a collection time.

What do I need to collect my order?

Please bring with you your confirmation e-mail, a photo proof of ID (i.e. passport, driving licence), and proof of address.

We will hold your order in store for 10 days, if you have any problems with getting to the store to collect your order please feel free to contact the collection store and we will happily extend this time where possible.

Can Someone Else Collect My Order?

Please contact your chosen collection store in advance and we will do our best to accommodate any changes.
