Keeping the front wheel planted is a smooth, easily adjustable RockShox Sid SL Base RL air suspension fork. Newmen's light and strong Performance 30 wheels are shod with grippy Schwalbe Racing Ray and Racing Ralph 2.25in tyres to keep you hooked up to the trail. Shimano's smooth, reliable XT 12-speed components put the right gear within easy reach. And strong, progressive Shimano XT hydraulic disc brakes ensure you're always in complete control.

There's a good reason for the Reaction C:62's beautifully organic lines and slender stays: it makes for an exceptionally fast, light frame. Our premium C:62® carbon and Advanced Twin Mold manufacturing is just the start. There's an integrated seat clamp, for secure fastening and the neatest possible appearance. Semi-integrated cable routing complements the frame's clean aesthetic and UDH means it's future-proof, while Agile Ride Geometry does exactly what you'd expect, delivering safe but responsive handling. FREQUENTLY ASKED QUESTIONS

When can I collect my order?

For items in stock at the chosen collection store, we will normally have your item ready to collect within 1-2 working days.

For items which are at the warehouse your order will be ready to collect in the time indicated on the website; or if at another store approximately 3 to 5 working days – please call in advance if you are making a long journey, just in case!

If you order a bike we will contact you and arrange a collection appointment. All bikes go through a PDI (Pre-Delivery Inspection) delivered by one of our accredited mechanics, this means that getting your bike ready for collection may take a little longer.

How will I know when my order is ready?

For every order we will send you an e-mail to let you know when your order is ready to collect. If you've ordered a bike we will contact you once you have placed your order to arrange a collection time.

What do I need to collect my order?

Please bring with you your confirmation e-mail, a photo proof of ID (i.e. passport, driving licence), and proof of address.

We will hold your order in store for 10 days, if you have any problems with getting to the store to collect your order please feel free to contact the collection store and we will happily extend this time where possible.

Can Someone Else Collect My Order?

Please contact your chosen collection store in advance and we will do our best to accommodate any changes.
