Present and correct. Light, fast-rolling and durable 700c Schwalbe Gravelland tyres and strong Shimano hydraulic disc brakes to help keep you safe, regardless of road conditions? Of course. With an elegant frame design and nimble, confidence-inspiring handling, it's all you need - " and nothing that you don't - " for weekday duties and weekend adventures.

Drawing inspiration from our mountain bike hardtails, the Nulane Comfort FE's frame uses double-butted aluminium tubes to create a structure that's strong, durable, light and lively. But we also made sure it's ready for anything, so you'll find mudguards, carrier, lights and kickstand included. The eccentric bottom bracket and split dropout accommodate the low-maintenance belt drive, so you've no worries on that front. And the sleek rigid fork is the perfect accompaniment, offering crisp, precise steering to match its low weight and understated looks.

FREQUENTLY ASKED QUESTIONS

When can I collect my order?

For items in stock at the chosen collection store, we will normally have your item ready to collect within 1-2 working days.

For items which are at the warehouse your order will be ready to collect in the time indicated on the website; or if at another store approximately 3 to 5 working days – please call in advance if you are making a long journey, just in case!

If you order a bike we will contact you and arrange a collection appointment. All bikes go through a PDI (Pre-Delivery Inspection) delivered by one of our accredited mechanics, this means that getting your bike ready for collection may take a little longer.

How will I know when my order is ready?

For every order we will send you an e-mail to let you know when your order is ready to collect. If you've ordered a bike we will contact you once you have placed your order to arrange a collection time.

What do I need to collect my order?

Please bring with you your confirmation e-mail, a photo proof of ID (i.e. passport, driving licence), and proof of address.

We will hold your order in store for 10 days, if you have any problems with getting to the store to collect your order please feel free to contact the collection store and we will happily extend this time where possible.

Can Someone Else Collect My Order?

Please contact your chosen collection store in advance and we will do our best to accommodate any changes.
