Style What d'you want in a city bike? Low maintenance? The Hyde Pro FE's belt drive and hub gears are practically maintenance-free. Practical versatility? We ticked that box by fitting a semi-integrated luggage carrier full length mudguards and a sturdy kickstand. Light weight and lively handling? A double-butted aluminium frame and full carbon fork takes care of that. Safety? Well the Shimano hydraulic disc brakes are powerful in all weathers and built-in dynamo lighting ensures you can see and be seen. We ticked all the boxes so all you need to do is ride.

This is a frame that's at completely at home in the urban jungle. Double-butted aluminium tubes build a structure that's strong durable light and lively. We've included a sturdy semi-integrated carrier for your belongings full-length mudguards to help keep the rain off a handy kickstand and dynamo-powered lighting so you can see and be seen. There's even space for two water bottles for longer rides at the weekend. The lightweight full carbon fork is the perfect accompaniment offering precise steering to match its low weight and understated looks.

FREQUENTLY ASKED QUESTIONS

When can I collect my order?

For items in stock at the chosen collection store, we will normally have your item ready to collect within 1-2 working days.

For items which are at the warehouse your order will be ready to collect in the time indicated on the website; or if at another store approximately 3 to 5 working days – please call in advance if you are making a long journey, just in case!

If you order a bike we will contact you and arrange a collection appointment. All bikes go through a PDI (Pre-Delivery Inspection) delivered by one of our accredited mechanics, this means that getting your bike ready for collection may take a little longer.

How will I know when my order is ready?

For every order we will send you an e-mail to let you know when your order is ready to collect. If you've ordered a bike we will contact you once you have placed your order to arrange a collection time.

What do I need to collect my order?

Please bring with you your confirmation e-mail, a photo proof of ID (i.e. passport, driving licence), and proof of address.

We will hold your order in store for 10 days, if you have any problems with getting to the store to collect your order please feel free to contact the collection store and we will happily extend this time where possible.

Can Someone Else Collect My Order?

Please contact your chosen collection store in advance and we will do our best to accommodate any changes.
