For the Acid 260 Disc FE we took our proven junior mountain bike, complete with Suntour suspension fork and powerful disc brakes, and added a full range of accessories - " including clip-on mudguards, kickstand and lighting set - " as standard to make it even better. With 16 wide-ranging Shimano gears and a tough, lightweight frame, it's ready for anything.Frame descriptionWe take just as much care with our kids' bikes as we do with any other, which is why the Acid 260 Disc FE features the same mechanically formed, double-butted, heat-treated 6061 aluminium tubes as our adult range. Combined with our Agile Ride Geometry, it makes for a frame that'll allow your child's skills to develop as their confidence grows. A full range of accessories including mudguards, lighting set and kickstand is included as standard. And there's a replaceable gear hanger, too, so that a crash needn't be the end of the world. FREQUENTLY ASKED QUESTIONS
When can I collect my order?
For items in stock at the chosen collection store, we will normally have your item ready to collect within 1-2 working days.
For items which are at the warehouse your order will be ready to collect in the time indicated on the website; or if at another store approximately 3 to 5 working days – please call in advance if you are making a long journey, just in case!
If you order a bike we will contact you and arrange a collection appointment. All bikes go through a PDI (Pre-Delivery Inspection) delivered by one of our accredited mechanics, this means that getting your bike ready for collection may take a little longer.
How will I know when my order is ready?For every order we will send you an e-mail to let you know when your order is ready to collect. If you've ordered a bike we will contact you once you have placed your order to arrange a collection time.
What do I need to collect my order?Please bring with you your confirmation e-mail, a photo proof of ID (i.e. passport, driving licence), and proof of address.
We will hold your order in store for 10 days, if you have any problems with getting to the store to collect your order please feel free to contact the collection store and we will happily extend this time where possible.
Can Someone Else Collect My Order?Please contact your chosen collection store in advance and we will do our best to accommodate any changes.
