Style What makes the Longtail Hybrid Family so adaptable is its strong versatile rear carrier. Fully equipped with a comfortable seat stepping board foot rests and side protectors it's ready to transport your kids safely to wherever they need to be. Wide-ranging Shimano Cues 11-speed gears work with Bosch's powerful Cargo Line motor and an 800Wh battery to make light work of any journey. Thanks to its telescopic seatpost and Speedlifter stem it's easy for both mums and dads to tweak it to fit in just a few seconds. The 200kg load capacity means you can be sure it's up to the task and with a few easily swapped optional accessories it can even serve double duty as a cargo hauler. With the included full-length mudguards lighting set and twin-leg kickstand it's got everything you need for family adventures right out of the box.

FREQUENTLY ASKED QUESTIONS

When can I collect my order?

For items in stock at the chosen collection store, we will normally have your item ready to collect within 1-2 working days.

For items which are at the warehouse your order will be ready to collect in the time indicated on the website; or if at another store approximately 3 to 5 working days – please call in advance if you are making a long journey, just in case!

If you order a bike we will contact you and arrange a collection appointment. All bikes go through a PDI (Pre-Delivery Inspection) delivered by one of our accredited mechanics, this means that getting your bike ready for collection may take a little longer.

How will I know when my order is ready?

For every order we will send you an e-mail to let you know when your order is ready to collect. If you've ordered a bike we will contact you once you have placed your order to arrange a collection time.

What do I need to collect my order?

Please bring with you your confirmation e-mail, a photo proof of ID (i.e. passport, driving licence), and proof of address.

We will hold your order in store for 10 days, if you have any problems with getting to the store to collect your order please feel free to contact the collection store and we will happily extend this time where possible.

Can Someone Else Collect My Order?

Please contact your chosen collection store in advance and we will do our best to accommodate any changes.
