Frame description
The versatile and rugged Reaction Hybrid Performance is built around Bosch's quiet powerful Performance motor with 75 Nm torque. It's Bosch Smart System-equipped and fitted with a 600Wh battery for miles of pedal assistance. There's a clever flat mount for an optional kickstand and a mounting point for a multi-tool under the top tube. The Internal Cable Routing plus an innovative speed sensor setup flatter the frame's clean lines and we built in our X-Connect system to make it easy to add a compatible ACID front light just by plugging it in. And with Size Split it's simple to find the perfect fit for you.

FREQUENTLY ASKED QUESTIONS

When can I collect my order?

For items in stock at the chosen collection store, we will normally have your item ready to collect within 1-2 working days.

For items which are at the warehouse your order will be ready to collect in the time indicated on the website; or if at another store approximately 3 to 5 working days – please call in advance if you are making a long journey, just in case!

If you order a bike we will contact you and arrange a collection appointment. All bikes go through a PDI (Pre-Delivery Inspection) delivered by one of our accredited mechanics, this means that getting your bike ready for collection may take a little longer.

How will I know when my order is ready?

For every order we will send you an e-mail to let you know when your order is ready to collect. If you've ordered a bike we will contact you once you have placed your order to arrange a collection time.

What do I need to collect my order?

Please bring with you your confirmation e-mail, a photo proof of ID (i.e. passport, driving licence), and proof of address.

We will hold your order in store for 10 days, if you have any problems with getting to the store to collect your order please feel free to contact the collection store and we will happily extend this time where possible.

Can Someone Else Collect My Order?

Please contact your chosen collection store in advance and we will do our best to accommodate any changes.
